We are looking for a sociable housemate to join our house in September.
It's a 4 bed house with 2 bathrooms, a living room, in-eat kitchen and garden (with BBQ :) ). Bills are not included in the rent and are about £88 per month.
The house is nearby a Tesco superstore, Lidl, Asda and East Street Market. We are also close to Burgess park - ideal for parkrunners :). The nearest bus stop is a 4min walk, and the Elephant and Castle tube station 20min walk away. The location is also convenient for cyclists, there are several cycle superhighways and quietways taking you to the city centre in about 20-25min.
Minimum term is 6 months
I am not the live out landlord, but current housemate - I cannot change it on the ad.
