Large ensuite double room in Walworth

What up Spare Room, a friend and I are looking for a housemate for a three-bed place in Walworth.

The room is a large double ensuite and comes with an Ikea double bed, desk, chair, drawers, loads of storage.

The house - split over three floors - has also got a good-sized living room, separate dining room, massive kitchen, and a garden with a pizza oven and lemon tree.

Location wise, it's a brisk 15 minutes' walk to Elephant and Castle station and a 30 minute bus to Central. There are a few decent pubs around and we're right next to East St Market and very close to Walworth High Street.

Cameron and I are in our mid-20s (well, 26 and 27) and both work as reporters. We're chilled, sociable and very keen to get a new pub quiz team together.

We are clean and tidy and looking for anyone with a similar vibe.

We've taken on the lease and moved in already so the move in date would be asap, shoot me a message if you're keen.
