Looking for a new flatmate to share our flat in Elephant & Castle / North Walworth, available from 13 April. The flat is 4 bedrooms, with flatmates in their 30's, all good-natured working professionals. We share a cute living room/ dining area, kitchen, bathroom & outdoor balcony. The vacant room is small but cozy and bright. It comes furnished with a single bed & has space for storage. Rent is £525 per month all inclusive (rent, bills, Amazon/Netflix subscriptions, basic kitchen, washing and bathroom necessities).
The flat is located a 3 minute walk from Bricklayer’s Arms bus stop and a 12 minute walk from Elephant & Castle tube station. Old Kent Road is a 3 minute walk away, with Lidl, Tesco, post office and a range of small businesses. East Street Market and Burgess Park can be reached in 7 minutes.
We’re looking for someone to stay in our flat until at least September 2020 (when the rent will be increased). We'd love to have another working, friendly, tidy and considerate person in the flat. Because of the current situation, we’ll be setting up video viewings.
