This is a LGBT friendly flat share with just one of the flat owners who is a professional clean and tidy female who works in Mental Health and Wellbeing. Very considerate and respectful of personal space and seeking similar.

The street is very friendly and full of professionals. Immediate neighbours are doctors/nurses/graphic designers and other professionals. This place would suit a similar professional.

Having said that, peace and quiet is important to the owner and the neighbours especially as some work shifts...

Bills are included but reasonable usage is expected as this is also an environmentally-conscious household. The council carries out bi-weekly recycling collections. Safety and security is also consideration and there is a pin-code alarm system in situ.
