We are looking for a new housemate to join our cosy home in Walworth ASAP. It's a 4 bed place with 2 bathrooms, a living room and big garden. Our house has a lovely atmosphere and we are looking for someone who sees the house as his/her home :).
The room is available March 1st. Rent is £800 and bills are about £100 a month. Please get in touch if this sounds like a match!
The house is about 25min away from the city centre by bike, we have indoor bike storage. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with many connections to the city centre.
We're very close to Burgess park and have a Tesco Superstore, Lidl and Asda stores nearby which is very convenient.
