Bedroom in four bed flat - SE17

There is a lovely room free in our four bedroom two-floored flat in Elephant and Castle/Walworth/Camberwell. It’s really well located - there are bus stops just outside and its a 20 minute journey to Covent Garden/ Strand etc. It’s super near East Street Market, Walworth Gardens, Camberwell and Kennington, Burgess Park and lots of shops, supermarkets, gyms. The rent is £542 per month, with bills coming to no more than £30.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and two sets of drawers. There are three bedrooms, a toilet and bathroom upstairs and then a dining room, kitchen with washer/dryer, two fridge freezers and all the normal bits and bobs plus a fourth bedroom downstairs.

You’d be sharing with two 22 year old, second year Liberal Arts students at KCL and another lovely lady who works in marketing. Two of our current flatmates are moving out very soon and so the move in date is quite flexible, but would probably be around 15th September.

We’re all chatty but also pretty chilled out so it’d be great if we could find someone similar. Ideally we are looking for an arts student maybe or someone working in a creative industry. We like film, theatre , art, music - all the good stuff ! Oh and I quite like cooking too - I’m vegan but my other flatmates aren’t but we do have two fridges so we could split if you wanted to do that.
