3 rooms available

Hello! Brandon here. Having lived here with 3 friends for the last year, they are now moving out to go travelling now restrictions permit it, so I’m looking to fill there rooms.

There are 3 good size double bedrooms in this 3 storey Victorian town house. The house is about a 12 minute walk to elephant and castle/borough and a 15 minute walk from London Bridge with great bus links from the bus stop outside our house. The tenancy is from the 23rd of December (inconvenient I know, however most estate agents are closed then until the new year)

A bit about me - I am a ‘young professional’ as a Cost Manager in the Westend. Currently in the office most days. I have lived in London for over 3 years now (with this being the best place so far). When I’m not working or sleeping, I’m probably spending too much time/money drinking and eating (all the good stuff).

Please be sociable, as a house warming party is a must, and clean.. as the house isn’t going to clean itself the next day.
