Hi there!

Good sized furnished double room available in beautiful modern 3 bedroom house in Walworth/Kennington from mid November to mid/late February 2023 only. 10 minute walk to Kennington station (zone 1) and the Northern line. House has a large kitchen/living area and a small garden. Rent is £1,250 per month including bills, which may sound like a lot but as I'll be away for almost this entire period, you'll effectively be renting a 3 bedroom house with lovely living spaces (photos don't really do the space justice). Deposit is £750.

You'd be living with live in landlord Tom (me!), though as above I'll actually be away most of this period.

The home is a bit of a calm haven and ideally looking for someone who is responsible and who I can trust, someone who is clean/tidy and respectful of the space. Definitely not a party house, but if you're looking for somewhere clean/calm this could be a good fit.

Last time i posted an advert for the room there were close to 1,000 messages so just a heads up that I won't be able to get back to everyone but grateful for your interest and time.
