Hey there!

I'm going away for a month so I'm looking to sublet my room in Walworth/E&C over February 2026. The exact dates it is available for is from 30th Jan - 3rd March.

It's a lovely 2-bed, 1-bath (separate wc and shower rooms) in a mixed council/private building off of East Street Market. It is on the 5th floor, there is a lift. The property includes a kitchen, living/dining room and balcony (which has an excellent view of the shard).

It's about a 12 min walk from Elephant & Castle station (Northern, Bakerloo, Thameslink) and Kennington station (Northern). It is a 3 min walk from bus stops that can take you...basically anywhere. It's a 30 min walk to Waterloo and the Southbank.

It is a lively area with shops and takeaways on the Walworth Road open late. Burgess Park is a 10 min walk away.

You'll be sharing the flat with 1 female flatmate in her 20s who works in politics. It's a friendly flat and we're happy to have friends over, but please keep communal spaces tidy and no big parties / groups of people without checking first.

It's fully furnished. The sublet amount I am asking you to pay includes bills and is reduced from the full rent I pay as my belongings will still be in the flat. I will remove all of my clothes etc from the room, but my decor will still be up.
