We have one small, fully furnished single room in our 4-bedroom flat.

What makes this place great is the location: With Wandsworth Common across the street, Clapham Junction and Wandsworth town (with shopping centre and cinema) a 10 minute walk away, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants at 2-5 minutes walking distance, a Santander cycle station right outside and a bus stop with great connections into town and further out literally on our doorstep, this place could not be better connected.

The flat itself is spacious and bright, fully furnished with anything you might need, from a wok pan to cleaning supplies.
All bills, broadband and TV are included.

We are looking for a clean, quiet and considerate flatmate. It is very important that our schedules align since we only have one bathroom (but there is a second toilet, so don't worry).

About us: we are a mixed bunch consisting of a me, a professional working from home with an interest in music, archery, photography and films, a Russian painter who likes yoga, and a vegan Japanese studies student. We all enjoy deep conversations about philosophy, politics or movies, go on walks together or watch a film on the sofa. But we also respect each other's space.

PLEASE NOTE that, due to current circumstances, viewings are preferred to be done via video-chat. In-Person viewings will only be accepted with the applicant wearing a FACE MASK. All visitors are required to take off their shoes and wash their hands before being shown around.
