A lovely newly refurbished Cozy double bedroom in a spacious high ceiling house in a fab location with friendly professional flatmates.

We have just had our lovely home refurbished and newly decorated with new carpets and freshly painted walls.

Our home is located on the high street with shopping and amenities within a few minutes walk. Southside shopping centre has everything you need, along with nearby gyms and other amenities and places to eat.

The Room:

Fully furnished with a brand new mattress and bed. A desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well.

8 metres squared are its dimensions, bigger than it looks in the photo.

The House:

Large shared lounge with two sofas along with a big dining table and chairs.
Spacious kitchen, enough space for two to cook at the same time.
4 bedrooms and one shared bathroom.

Travel:

East Putney tube station and Wandsworth Town train station are both a 10 minute walk. Clapham Junction is also 10 minutes away by bus from outside the house.

Wandsworth & Nearby:

Wandsworth park & St George park are both a 5 minute walk and great for the summer months. Wandsworth is a very convenient place for travel to and from anywhere. It is also a very residential area.
For nights out, Putney is just up the road within walking distance or by bus which takes 5 minutes. Putney is great for a night out as there are lots of bars and places to eat. The same applies to Clapham Junction.

About us:

We love to cook and go out all together for pizza and drinks when we can. We consider each other in the house as friends as we have all happily been living together for some years now and want to welcome someone who is of a similar nature to fit into the household.
We respect each others privacy and are very considerate of each others space.

New Flatmate:

Unfortunately, due to previous tenants & our experiences in house sharing, we do not wish to have any couples or anyone who wishes to spend a lot of time at the house with their partner as the living space becomes inconvenient over time. Open to discuss this in person or over the phone and will consider all people in any circumstance, we are very friendly and considerate.

Bills:

Bills are excluded from the £450pcm. Bills will differ per month as some are quarterly like Gas & Electricity being one. But on average the bills equate, per month, to approximately £50.00.
