Double room in gorgeous flat in Wandsworth

My friend is sadly moving out so his room is available.

The Location
The flat is on East Hill, 5min walk to Wandsworth Town station and 15min walk to Clapham Junction. The flat is above a nail bar on the main road, but has excellent triple glazing so is very quiet and peaceful.

The Room
We have 2 bathrooms in the flat so the room advertised gets the main bathroom too! The room has a built in wardrobe which fits plenty in - there's also an additional cupboard in the hall which we keep suitcases etc in.
The flat itself is lovely, spacious living area and kitchen with a balcony off the back overlooking surrounding gardens.

I'm 29, work for a charity and love the flat-it's definitely a home. I'm quite busy and tend to be out and about a lot, but also love sitting down to a nice dinner, having a glass of wine and watching a bit of tv. I'm looking for someone to move in who is similar to me, has their own thing going on but also likes chilling out in the flat and having a wine/tea.

Move in date is flexible- my housemate is back from holiday on the 18th November but the move in date can be pushed back from this. Deposit is approx. £1000. Rent is £755 + bills which in total come to around £100.
The tenancy is due to end in May but can be extended/new tenancy taken out with the lettings agent.
