We are looking for a new flat mate to move into our bright, spacious, and modern 3 bed, 3-storey flat.

The room is available on the 14th of December.

Our flat mate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so we are looking for someone to take her place.

About us:
We are two professionals: one of us is a is a criminal Barrister and one works in tourism.

Out flat is very modern, a stone's throw from Southside shopping centre with good transport links. It is a 12 minutes walk from East Putney and 10 minutes to Wandsworth Town stations. There are regular buses to Clapham Junction, Tooting, Wimbledon, Putney and Richmond.

The flat is very spacious, modern, clean and the room includes its own en-suite. It also includes a bright open plan kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling windows. We also have a terrace that has views into central and the City of London. Bills are around £100 on top of rent.

There is also an option to move in to a slightly cheaper en-suite room (£735) (the en-suite is shared with 1 other person).
