Spacious double room to rent in Wandsworth

Hello,

I am looking to rent out my spare room in the flat that I live in and own.
The Room:
The room is currently furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and I will purchase a wardrobe. Alternatively, I am happy to remove any of the furniture. There is a bathroom across the hall which would be yours to use as I have an ensuite in my bedrooms.
The Flat:
My flat is within a really lovely gated development, on the first floor. There is parking for cars and visitors spaces. I have friendly and respectful neighbours. There is a spacious sitting room with a dining table perfect for having friends for dinner and a small (but perfectly formed kitchen).
About me:
I am a 36 year old teacher, working in a school in Central London. I am very social so often out and about but equally like to come home for a glass of wine on the sofa. It is certainly not a party flat but more a haven to relax in. I am quite a tidy person but by no means uptight! I am lucky to have lots of holidays and have a house in Suffolk which I will be at during these so there will be times that the flat will be all yours!
Who I am looking for:
I am looking for someone either Monday - Friday or full time. I definitely want a professional who will respect, take care of and love the flat. On week nights I am happy to share a glass of wine or just flop into bed when I get back from the gym! If this sound like you then we will be a good fit!
The area:
My flat is about 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town overground station or East Putney tube so it's really well connected. There are buses down the road that will take you to Clapham Junction, Victoria and even more central. Wandsworth itself has loads of great pubs and restaurants keep popping up all over the place. There is a large shopping centre for all your weekend chores too. The river is literally 5 mins walk away and there and whilst I do not have a garden there are loads of great parks.. I know the area really well so can point you in the right direction!
