About me: I am moving out in February with my partner and will be looking for someone to take over my room! I have had 2 amazing years in this flat and it saddens me to be moving out. The current tenant Erin, a lovely professional worker from New Zealand will be staying in the house. Erin is very social, loves to cook food with the house, going out for drinks, and spending weekends out with friends. We have one other flatmate, Ally, who will also be moving out in February and she is advertising her room separately!

About the Flat: There is an open plan kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a spacious garden (great for summer BBQs!). The bedroom that you would be renting is a double bedroom. This furniture is all mine at the minute however I am happy to discuss this as I will not be taking it with me to my new place. **Please excuse the messy photos.. will update them shortly due to just getting back from holiday**

About the Location: The flat is a 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station and a 10 minute walk/short bus ride to Clapham Junction. There is a coop across the road to get the basic necessities and a big Sainsburys 10 minutes down East Hill at the Southside Shopping centre where you will find other shops, fitness gyms/studios, and restaurants. There are a lot of local pubs and restaurants around the area and only a 10 minute walk down to river – location is perfect!

Details on cost –
Rent including bills is £755 which includes water, electric, gas, council tax, and internet/tv.
Deposit is £953.54
I still need to clarify with the landlord whether there will be any costs on contracts and referencing which I can get arranged for you.
