Our lovely house mates are moving out after 2 years as they have just bought their own place, so their modern double room with own bathroom is available from the 4th April.
Our flat is opposite Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth and has great transport links from nearby Putney and Clapham.
Our flat has a big South facing balcony, 24 hour concierge, underfloor heating, secure bike storage as well as a shared garden for Summer.

The available room is a spacious double with built in wardrobes. You will have the main bathroom for yourself with bath and shower.
We are a young professional couple, who both work in the city in Banking/Consultancy and Sales. We enjoy going out at the weekends, travelling and socialising, and are looking for a like-minded couple/person who would like to share our lovely flat with us.
There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in close proximity, as well as in nearby Putney, Clapham and Wandsworth Town.
