Flat is in a new build in secured development with concierge and a parking space, located between Wandsworth town and Putney, right next to the river Thames.

The available room is bright (floor to ceiling windows) and spacious, with king size bed, a wardrobe, two bedside drawers. with an ensuite bathroom.

Flat is fully furnished, it has a big and bright modern open space kitchen and living room with balcony.

The area is lovely, and in lockdown times you can walk around the riverside path which has amazing views. I usually try to catch the sunset a few times a week. Wandsworth common park is also less than 5 minutes away.
There is a Sainsbury's on the same street which is always fully stocked + southside is a 10 min walk.

Wandsworth town train station as well as numerous bus stations are within 0.3miles while closest tube stations are East Putney and Putney Bridge (0.7miles).
