Unique self-contained flat on a Thames houseboat

Hello! I'm renting out a self-contained flat on my houseboat, moored in Riverside Quarter by Wandsworth Park. It's available for one person.

The space
The flat is an original self-contained cabin on my 125ft Dutch barge. Well-maintained since 1929, the flat is located on a secure double-gated mooring with a 24-hour porter.

The cabin has its own galley kitchen, 2 cabin bedrooms (one is a double bed, the other a single, but can be used as walk-in wardrobe), central heating, plus there's plenty of storage including a separate step-in wardrobe and under-bed cupboards. The bathroom contains a sink, washing machine and dryer, and a bath with a handheld shower.

The highlight is the sunny wheelhouse which offers 360 views of the beautiful Thames. It's perfect for breakfast with a view or sunset drinks. There's also outdoor seating on the rear deck.

Council tax, mooring fees, and all bills (including hyperoptic WiFi) are included in the monthly cost.

The pool, gym and sauna
Included is the use of an indoor swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, steam room, and relaxing sauna overlooking the Thames. This is located next to the mooring at Riverside Quarter. Porter services are also included so packages will always be signed for and stored safely, which is a huge convenience.

The location
Being a 3-minute walk to Sainsbury's and a 1-minute walk to Hudsons, you're always set for those little bits and pieces. There's also a coffee shop which has just re-opened near the mooring, as well as a lovely Italian restaurant with a water view.

In Wandsworth Town - a breezy 10-minute walk away - there are independent shops and restaurants including a butcher, cheesemonger, bakery, Indian restaurant, and Thai restaurant.

The mooring is a 1-minute walk from the lovely riverside Wandsworth Park. It's ideal for a run, workout beneath the trees, and obviously summer bevvies with friends. Putney high street is 5-minutes from here, which has plenty of the chain delights including Waitrose, Five Guys, Franco Manca, Wagamama, H&M and ODEON.

Public transport links
The river clipper departs from the mooring and goes all the way to Canary Wharf and back, it's a dream, stress-free commute. Nearest tubes are Putney Bridge and East Putney (District Line), each a 15-minute walk away. The overland is 15-minute walk away, with Wandsworth Town being a 12-minute ride to Waterloo.

Buses are also close, plus Santander bikes are also a 2-minute walk away.
