About the flat
Lovely bright 2 bed flat in new Hardwicks Square development, right opposite Southside shopping centre and a 2 minute walk from King Georges Park. It's a brilliant location around an 8-10 minute walk to Wandsworth town station at the end of Old Yorke road, which has lots of great cafes and restaurants. We are also a 10 minute walk from Wandsworth Park which is on the thames river path, where you can walk all the way to Battersea Park. The open plan kitchen/living room has large glass walls/windows so it's an extremely light flat, There are sliding doors from the kitchen out to the balcony. All new furniture has recently been purchased for the living room, including a very comfortable sofa!
About the room
Large double room, with en-suite bathroom (with shower). The room is unfurnished so a bed/mattress and wardrobe will be needed. My current flat mate has a clothes rail, double chest of drawers and double ottoman bed, as well as a desk, so there is plenty of floor space.
About Wandsworth
Fantastic place to live. Lovely restaurants, riverside bars and pubs. Wandsworth common 15min walk. Southside shopping centre is a 2 minute walk with a large Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
