The Southside shopping centre is a 5min walk through the park with cineworld, Nuffield etc.
About 10-15 minute walk to East Putney/Southfields tube stations and Wandsworth Town overland station. Bus stops 2mins walk.
The rent includes the following bills: gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, broadband, Sky and the weekly cleaning of the communal areas as well as the cost of consumables like loo paper.
We are a couple and we have our own lives. We enjoy a chat in passing with the lodger but don't sit down with a glass of wine and watch movies or cook together. To be honest we are well past our college days.
So if you are grown up and have your own set of friends, but are looking for somewhere peaceful to crash at the end of a long day at work, this may be perfect for you.
