One large double bedroom in a fun and laid back flat with outdoor patio.

Looking to rent out to people that enjoy living in a friendly welcoming home, sharing cooking sometimes but also happy to give each other there own space to relax and unwind.

There are lots of green parks around, which is great especially at the moment, and its not too far to Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park for any keen runners or cyclists.

As things open up a bit it will be handy the flat has good transport links with a nice easy walk to Southfields for the tube and Earlsfield train station to get to central London. It's also really well-connected for buses for Putney, Clapham and Wimbledon etc.

There are convenient shops close to the flat or Wandsworth (Southside) shopping centre is just a 10 min walk for weekly shops etc.

For good security the flat has an alarm system, double locks etc and friendly neighbours too.

People usually end up staying a long time here because its a great place to live and has a relaxed feel, so it's not often listed on SpareRoom. I have also dropped the monthly rent and deposit to help during these extraordinary times. As l mentioned, we have great neighbours and it’s nice little community feel where people look out for each other.
