Large Double Bedroom - Garage & Tennis Court

We are looking for a new housemate to join our 4 bedroom house. We are Dan (Irish), Max (Australian) and Tom (English).

The house-
The house is really spacious - we have both a garden of our own and a communal garden with a tennis court(!) as well as two garages, a dishwasher and a utilities room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house also has a wide driveway, so there is plenty of space to park.

The kitchen is joined onto the living room, which is in a conservatory to the back of the house. Again this is a big area with plenty of space for chilling out in watching TV. Description from a previous housemate: The kitchen is the real jewel of the house, as it's a huge space with a breakfast bar, 5 ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and absolutely loads of storage space. We have had three people cooking in there at once and managed fine.

As mentioned, we have the added bonus of access to a private communal garden behind the street. The garden is a beautiful space with a tennis court. I have to admit we probably don't use it as much as we should, but we have had some barbecues in there over the years.

Location-
The house is in a great location, being a 15 minute walk (or bus journey) from Clapham Junction, providing a route into Central London. Southside shopping centre is also nearby for all your shopping needs. Wandsworth Common is just over the road as well. For those of you unfamiliar with Wandsworth, it's a quiet, leafy suburb and a great place to live.

Important stuff-
Rent is £717 per month, and bills roughly £80 (so £797 total per month). We also have a cleaner come round every two weeks to keep the house nice and clean, so once every 8 weeks it will be your turn to pay (£33).
