Large Double Bed in Friendly Flatshare

Hello!

I'm leaving this lovely flat after 2.5 years to move in with my partner, leaving behind two housemates - Dom (32) and Shireen (31) - both brilliant people. The room and flat come fully furnished and is a bargain at £653 including all bills! We are ideally searching for a friendly and tidy female around a similar age, who can easily fit into the home, socialise when the occasion arises, although equally has their own life.

The Housemates:
Dom is a personal trainer from Leeds, who lives an active, healthy lifestyle and is often out and about for work or entering one of the many fitness competitions he does! Shireen is a finance recruiter from London (ocassionally teaches yoga/pilates), who enjoys keeping active (currently doing tag rugby), good music, cocktails, exploring London as well as a Netflix night in.
Both housemates are fairly busy, Dom is usually PT'ing most evenings and weekends, although Shireen can often be found in the living room watching Netflix (or love island ashamedly) and would enjoy an end of day catch up/glass of wine

The Flat:
The flat is generally bright, spacious and well kept and we are on a quiet private road on the second floor of a small building block. We have three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (with washing machine & tumble dryer) and a bathroom with bath/shower. The bedroom on offer is large and comes furnished with a super comfortable king size bed, matching wooden wardrobe & side table and long chest of drawers (the white canvas wardrobe, white mirror, cream chest of drawers and wooden ladder shelf aren't included although might be an option to buy). We rent directly from the landlord who is nothing short of amazing - always keeps in touch to ensure everything is okay and has replaced the washing machine, dryer and toaster over the years!

Location:
- 12-15 mins walk to Wandsworth Common station
- 18 mins walk to Earlsfield Station
- 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Clapham Junction Station (219 and 77 buses stop near us)
- we are only a few minutes walk to Wandsworth Common which is beautiful

Moving in Date:
- We're ideally looking for someone to move in around the 1st August / that weekend but could also do up until the following weekend 10/11th August if need be.

Rent:
- £653 / month (including all bills)
