Lovely ensuite room in Clapham Junction

We have a large double bedroom with ensuite available from 2nd February 2020. We are two females age 28 and 34. One of us is a doctor and another social worker. We are looking for someone who is relaxed and easy to live with. We enjoy watching movies and eating together but equally have our own busy lives. We enjoy cinema, food, pub, and trips to the local Lido, all the usual stuff. We work hard so we love having our relaxed cosy house to come home to.

The house is in a fantastic location. It’s in a quiet cul de sac but also close to lots of great restaurants, pubs and bars in Clapham Junction and right by Wandsworth Common. There are several gyms locally and lots of supermarkets and independent shops in the area.
There is a big living room with dining area and a really lovely conservatory and large garden (with a hammock) which is great for bbqs and summer evenings. There is a large garage with an additional fridge freezer and lots of storage space. There is also a private parking space at the front of house (no permit needed).

The room available is a furnished large double bedroom with en-suite. There is also room to bring in your own furniture. The house is fully furnished. There is also a separate shared full bathroom with a bath and an additional downstairs toilet.
IIt is a fifteen minute walk to Clapham junction station with fantastic train connections. The 77 bus route is a two minute walk and goes to Earlsfield/Tooting/Waterloo. Southfields is a 20 minute walk.

Bills are not included but are usually around £70 per month.
