Short term sublet in gorgeous friendly house

Hello!

I have a double en-suite room available in my lovely house from now until the tenancy ends on the 16th of September, as I’m having to move out early.

The room is bright and spacious with an en-suite and has loads of storage! The rest of the house is clean, homely and modern and has everything you could need with as well as a nice sunny garden.

There are currently 2 really friendly girls still living in the house, who’d like someone tidy and friendly to move in.

Location is great, right opposite Wandsworth common with loads of pubs and shops close by.
15 minute walk to Earlsfield or Wandsworth common station
20 min walk to Clapham junction and Tooting Bec tube stations

I’ll still cover all the bills and can be flexible on move in/ move out dates to suit you, so please get in touch if you’re interested!

NB: We’re all moving out once the tenancy ends, so there’s not really any possibility of extending past the 16th unfortunately. If you wanted to stay longer I can give you the landlords details and you’d have to find the additional people to stay there.
