Hi, I'm looking to rent out the main bedroom in a recently rennovated 2 bed flat just off Wandsworth Common.
The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and two large built in wardrobes; I will also buy additional furniture (WFH desk, chest of drawers etc.) as needed by whoever takes that space.
The flat also has an extra bedroom used as a home office. I work from home 2 days/ weeks (usually Monday and Friday) but flatmate would be welcome to use the space outside of that.
All bills (utlitilies, wifi, cleaner etc.) are included in the monthly rent.
The flat covers the top two floors in a purpose-built block. The area is nice and quiet but still only c. 8 minute cycle to Balham Tube, Wandsworth Town and Clapham Junction Stations and there's plenty of bars, restaurants and shop just arouhd the corner/ off the common.
