One of our flatmates is moving out so we are looking for someone to take over the room. It’s a 4 bed house, split over 3 floors (wooden flooring) with communal lounge and dining room. 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, large new kitchen which has all its mod cons including gas cooker and washing machine. We also have plenty of outside space with a ground patio as well as an amazing roof terrace.

The double bedroom is more spacious then it looks (honest!), with plenty of built-in storage. It has lots of natural light and is a quiet room (being at the back of the property). .

Great location:
8 min walk to Stockwell (Victoria/Northern Line including the night tube)
12min walk to Vauxhall (Victoria line, night tube, Zone 1/2).
12 min walk to Battersea Power Station (lots of new restaurants and bars as well as Battersea Park)
Buses (including night buses) 1 min walk from the house.
Local amenities a few minutes’ walk away (Tescos, Sainsbury superstore, Post Office).
Really good Pure Gym 2 mins walk away - no excuses!

You will be living with 3 fun and hardworking girls who have made this place a home. Looking for someone easy going, tidy, and like-minded who enjoys a chat in the evening and watching trash tv and movies together. We have a great balance of privacy but also share some evenings/days/trips together cooking, going out, etc.
