A beautiful and very cosy double room in a flatshare located 12 min walking distance from Vauxhall, 7min from Stockwell and soon 2 min from the new Nine Elms Underground Station.

This is an amazing location. Oxford Circus is 12 Min away by tube. The beautiful Battersea Park 15 min walking distance. A massive new Sainsbury's with Argos, Starbucks, 5 min from the flat. Pure gym 2 min away. Local Tesco's 2 min away.


The area is known for having a large Portuguese community with many coffee shops and Portuguese restaurants.

In the flat lives my sister and I in a room, both from Brazil and a flatmate from Romania, we are professionals working in Central London.

The flat doesn’t have a sitting room, but is off road (so it's very quiet) and on the 3rd floor (no floor above us). it has a beautiful leafy communal garden and the main entrance is to a beautiful leafy street. From the room you can see dozens of trees.
The mattress is memory foam and is very comfortable. The tv can be removed at your request and the tv stand/shelf unit can be put against the wall next to the wardrobe and the white cube on top of it if you prefere.
