Subletting beautiful ensuite room from 23/09

WARNING : Room only available for four nights from Septembre 23rd to Septembre 27th.

I am subletting my ensuite room in a very pretty house in Clapham. The house is shared with 3 very nice young professionals (2 boys and 1 girl) who have lived here with me for the past year. We all recently finished our Masters degrees.
Everyone is pretty busy these days, so the house will be empty most of the day. However, we have a cosy kitchen/lounge where we have snacks and dinner and where we all hang out when we are feeling social. All three of my housemates are friendly and easy going. We always make sure that the common areas are clean and homely.

The room is situated on the first floor and has a bathroom attached. You would be the only one to use the bathroom and to live on that floor. The common areas are on the second floor, and the rest of the housemates all have their rooms on the third floor. The room feels very indépendant from the rest of the house which is great!

The room has two big windows, a desk, a mirror, a chest of drawers and a big cupboard.

Towels and bedding are included. BILLS INCLUDED.
Cleaning service before moving-in included.

10mins walk from Clapham Common station(northern line) and 15mins walk from Clapham Junction train station, nice walk to the park. Lots of nice cafes and pubs near by.
