Good size double room for rent in lovely flat 2 bed flat near Clapham/ Stockwell. I’m looking for someone to take my room, ideally looking for a friendly, clean, 25-35 female professional to take the room.
Non smoking, LGBT friendly, sadly pet free home.

Great location-15 minutes to Stockwell tube station, Clapham high street, Battersea park and nine elms. Bus stop into central London via Vauxhall directly outside.

Shared good size living room for vegging out or hosting evenings in, a furnished kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a balcony (although access is weirdly only via the bedroom windows).
The bedroom comes with a double bed and wardrobe, the rest of the flat is fully furnished. There is space in the room for a desk and drawers.

The flat is owned by a private landlord who has been very helpful and friendly previously. New tenant agreement would be signed via open rent, and deposit of £865 would need to paid (held with DPS). The rent is £775 each per month, no bills included. Bills tend to run about £120-£150 per month, with gas and electric, council tax, water and WiFi.
