The Room:
The room itself is a large furnished double, with fitted wardrobes, radiator heater and patio doors which open onto the terrace. The room is big enough for a desk should you need to WFH at any pointy and there is Wi-Fi available in every room. You’ll share the main bathroom with just 1 other flatmate.

Your New Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with myself David (40) - a media professional from Manchester living in London for 13 years now, and Sergio (41) who’s been in London for 16 years since relocating from Spain.

The Perfect Fit:
The flat would be best suited to someone looking for a ‘home’ - a safe space where flatmates are also friends and up for hanging at times, but at the same time respect each others space and quiet time. It’s the perfect flat for hosting quiet dinner parties, occasional ‘turn the music up’ house parties & chilled summer BBQs, so someone comfortable with friendship circles mixing occasionally is a bonus.

With this in mind - someone happy to play their part in keeping the shared living space clean and tidy. Respect, consideration and transparency are key to a happy home after all ;)

We have flexibility on move in dates so can work around the situation of the new person.
