Unfortunately I am relocating and have to leave this beautiful flat.

The flat has a large spacious open plan living area, kitchen, dining area, outdoor area/garden, 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a large bathroom that you will share with one other person.

The room is cosy but with plenty of storage space and we hardly spend time in our rooms as our living space and open plan kitchen/diner downstairs is so lovely and big! The room has a double bed, a handy set of fitted shelves all up one side and a mirror. It is cosy but has everything you need. It also has a big wardrobe on the landing which will be only yours.

The location-
We are in a great location being a 10 minute walk from Clapham junction and Wandsworth station and right opposite Wandsworth Common, which is good to go for runs and drinks in the park. Southside Shopping Centre is also a 10 minute walk where you will find everything you need.

Although it is rare to have outside space we have a lovely decking area and a garden as well as a free car parking space.

Now for the boring stuff, the bills.
We pay for all the usual such as water, electricity/gas and council tax which comes to about £100 a month each. And the deposit it £800.
