My current flatmate has decided to buy a house so his room will be available from beginning of August.
Flat is in a new build in secured development with coincerge and a parking space, located between Wandworth town and Putney, right next to the river Thames.
Available room is bright (floor to ceiling window) and spacious, with new king size bed, a wardrobe and two chest of drawers. There is a big separate modern bathroom for solely use of new tenant.
Flat is fully furnished, it has a big and bright modern open space kitchen and living room with balcony.
Wandsworth town train station as well as numerous bus stations are within 0.3miles while closest tube stations are East Putney and Putney Bridge (0.7miles).
My name is Ana, I am 29 year old professional working in Finance. I work long(ish) hours and have quite active life outside of office, so not spending too much time in the flat. I am pretty easy going and don't have any special requirements, ideally would like to share a flat with someone that has similar lifestyle.
