Looking for a fun, sociable professional to replace housemate who's sadly moving out!
The flat is just 8 minutes from Wandsworth town station 10-15 Clapham junction. 10 min bus ride to district and Northern line. The flat is really close to all commodities (Southside shopping centre, Waitrose, Coop Lidl, Sains...). There's also plenty of bars and really nice restaurants in the area!
The room is a double ensuite with loads of storage Open plan kitchen living space. really spacious for 2 bed flat :)
The rent is £775 pcm + bills (roughly £80-90)
About me -
I work in advertising at Sky (so free sky tv!) Im clean and tidy. Enjoy nights in watching TV but equally love going for food and drinks or out out!!! Looking for a sociable housemate that will make the flat feel like a home.
Things I like include - Gin/Prosseco, cooking, keeping fit, exploring new places, Bottomless Brunch, cinema and I am a massive foodie!
