Double Room In Charming Victorian House

We've got a nice double room to rent on the top floor of a charming Victorian house in a quiet cul-de-sac with two other flatmates.

The place has a big living room with TV & broadband, a bathroom, toilet and kitchen area/dining room. It is located a short walk from Southside shopping centre (good selection of shops & a 14-screen cinema to boot!) and not far from Wandsworth Common. Clapham Junction is also just a short bus ride away, so overall it is a pretty handy location. Car parking space is available, should you require one.

The room is furnished with a double bed, good-sized wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite sink. Our place also overlooks a garden, belonging to the landlord who lives just downstairs (very handy if you need anything fixed!)

The rent includes all bills.

You would be sharing the place with Andrew & Kasha - two lovely, respectful housemates (even if I do say so myself ;-)) We tend to mostly do our own thing, but are happy to catch up when we bump into each other in the kitchen, and also do the occasional housemate brunch or dinner locally. The house has historically been a balance of 1 guy & 2 girls, so we're hoping to keep that going. We also have a track record of having nice friendly housemates, which is always good :-)
