Sadly I am moving out as I'm taking the next step - just before Brexit. Good timing... but as a result we have an open room in our amazingly located, *incredibly* spacious penthouse apartment.

The apartment has three bedrooms, and three bathrooms - so everyone get's their own space. You'll share a huge living room / dining area, with two large flagstone terraces, allowing for incredible views East and West of the Thames River.

As you can see, the living room is setup with an enormous corner sofa and armchair, with a full edge-to-edge wall projector for watching TV, films and sport.

The room itself comes with an en-suite shower room, with floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes, and while I currently have a double bed in there you could easily fit in a king (or larger).

Utilities come to about £100 per month; which includes electric, council tax, Sky tv, internet, and water.

The apartment has exceptional transport connections;
- 2 mins walk from Bridgend Road Bus Stop
- 5 mins walk to Wandsworth Town station
- 10 mins walk from Wandsworth Riverside and Plantation Wharf Ferry Terminals (if you fancy going to work in style)
- 15 mins walk to Clapham Junction station

Looking for someone similar who is also socialable, clean, professional, etc.
