I'm moving overseas in January after 3 happy years living in this flat. The flat has two double bedrooms (the larger one is available, its fully furnished with double bed and built-in wardrobe), a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge (with sofa bed for guests) and balcony. The other female flatmate works long hours and enjoys the occasional bottle of wine with her flatmate but at the same time respects space and privacy.

The flat is located approx 5 minutes walk from Southside Shopping Centre where you can find restaurants, cafes, gyms, cinema and supermarkets. Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town stations are a 5 minute bus journey away. There are excellent bus links to Clapham Junction, Central London and Westfield Shopping Centre all within a short walking distance from the flat.

The rent is £600 per month and the deposit is £700. The bills are approx £100 each a month. The landlord is amazing and hasn't increased the rent at all since I moved here - so if you are looking for some longterm stability in London this will be the perfect place for you!
