There is a big bathroom with a shower and separate bath. A washing machine and separate tumble drier (and washing line outside) Plus there is a good storage across the whole house, including a basement with some gym equipment including a static bike - and disco light ;)

No one lives above or below the property so neighbour noise is minimal.

There are three pubs within a 200m radius, various shops and restaurants of wandsworth high street are on the doorstep plus Clapham junction is a 15 min walk away so the location is well connected, two huge sainsbury's supermarkets within 10min walk.

Equally the road is pretty quiet.

About me
I have been living in the house for a couple of years, and really like it. I work from home and will do for the next few months., the wifi is good. Lots of space for you to work from home too with a separate kitchen and living/dining room as well as your bedroom with space for a desk.

I like to cook here and there, and enjoy having friends over occasionally for sunday lunch or a saturday dinner when it's allowed!

I am pretty sociable and often up for a run/cycle/glass of wine but also like to do my own thing. I am a considerate housemate, reasonably tidy, and keep the house clean and presentable, and would expect you to do the same.
