Single room in lovely 4 bed house

Looking for fourth housemate to a group of wonderful girls in Wandworth town. All professionals who moved in seperately and have become good friends. We have our own social lives but also spend time together watching TV in the evenings and going out for drinks/dinner/pub quiz.

The room is a single room in a 4 bed house within 5-10 minutes walk of both Wandsworth Town Station (SW rail) and East Putney Station (District line).

Rent is £450 per month, plus one off £600 deposit + £125 move in fee. Bills (water, gas, electric, TV license, broadband, council tax + fortnightly cleaner) approx £80 a month. The cleaner keeps the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) looking fresh. One housemate has an ensuite so the pictured bathroom will be shared between yourself and two others.

The room is small (single bed, standalone rail, bookshelf) but I would recommend adding baskets to the bookshelf for storage. In addition, there is plenty of space downstairs (there is a second room attached to the living room with a guest bed and drinks cabinet) to store any extra things you have.

Moving in with my boyfriend otherwise I would continue to live there!
