I have a double bedroom available in a 2 bed 2 bath flat.

All bills included and cleaner every 2 weeks. Additional amenities provided; Wifi TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus.

The room has a double bed, one wardrobe with drawer storage and a bedside table. The room receives a lot of natural light and has two juliet balconies as well as additional space for extra storage and/or a desk. House bathroom with bath/shower would be exclusively yours.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living room as well as a private balcony with a seating area. The kitchen comes fitted with; Induction Hob, Double Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher. The property also has a Washer/Dryer.

The building was finished Feb 2020 and is part of a group of 4 new buildings. The building provides indoor protected bike storage and a communal terrace. The larger set of blocks will be finished by September 2020 and provide concierge services.

The flat is perfectly located, right next to Wandsworth Southside Shopping Centre with various shops, pubs and restaurants. There are various options for Gyms (The Gym, Pure Gym and Nuffield Health) within 5m walk. Very large Sainsbury's 5m walk down the road. Large Waitrose inside shopping centre 5m. There is also a Lidl 15m bus journey down the road.

Walk: 10m walk to Wandsworth Town Rail Station. 20m walk to Easy Putney Tube Station. 25m to Earlsfield Rail station. 30m walk to Clapham Junction Rail Station.

I am a young professional working in Victoria Monday - Friday. I am looking for another professional who is clean, tidy and respectful of the property. I’d consider myself easy-going and sociable. I do running and bouldering to keep fit and enjoy travelling and exploring new places.

The contract is negotiable. I will consider shorter term but with a higher cost.
