We (Hamish & Royce) are two professional males in our 20s, working in Central London, and are looking for a 3rd person to share the flat. We both enjoy keeping fit, are friendly and enjoy anything from having drinks at the local, to chilling with friends.

We’d like a relaxed, sociable, clean roommate who will enjoy the house and is happy to to go for drinks or chill and watch TV with us.

This is a lovely, sunny and quiet flat that includes furniture, pictures and some decor as well as all kitchen items. It has plenty of space and never feels cramped. It's a great area with the park and river within 5 minutes walk. Easy access to most parts of London via bus, train and tube (East Putney). Parking available in the street with council pass £160 per annum.

The room is a medium sized double (pictured with white coverlet and yellow). Nice bright room with space for small desk and extra storage under the bed.

Bills at fixed rate of £240 (£80 each) total for council tax, 100MB unlimited wifi, gas, electricity & water. Fortnightly cleaning included in rent.
