I’ve got two rooms coming available in a 3-bed flat in the Riverside West development, as my current flatmates are moving on (one moving in with his partner and the other heading back home).

Both rooms are furnished, have their own bathrooms, and share access to a balcony. The flat itself has a really spacious open-plan living/kitchen area, great for cooking properly and actually enjoying the space rather than squeezing around each other. There’s plenty of fridge space, a washer/dryer, and everything you’d need day to day.

Location wise, we’re about a 5-minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, plus close to lots of good pubs, cafés and shops. There’s also a residents’ discount at Virgin Active, which is a nice bonus. And the sunset views over the river are genuinely pretty special (photo evidence included!).

You’d be living with me (and whoever takes the other room). I work full-time in the civil service and I’m office-based during the week. I really value having a relaxed, easygoing home — not a party flat, but definitely one that’s social and welcoming. I’m into sport and keeping active, and always up for grabbing food, a drink, or heading to events when everyone’s around. Would be great to find like-minded people who are happy to chat in the kitchen but also appreciate their own space.

Each room is £1,200 per month, with bills around £120.
