Large double room for rent in a beautiful, spacious 2 bed flat in Wandsworth Town. Available 28th August.

So a bit more about the flat and me:

The flat is a lovely, light and airy 1st floor Victorian conversion with the bedrooms on different levels which offers more privacy. It's on a quiet residential street five mins from Clapham Junction on the bus and a few mins walk from Wandsworth Town, the river and common - close to lots of great bars and restaurants.

I work in the London fine wine trade, so am pretty sociable; I tend to be out at least a couple of nights a week, away the odd weekend and travel for work a bit too. I would like to share with someone whose situation is similar, but would certainly enjoy sharing a meal, a glass and a laugh from time-to -time and will consider the flat home.

I am a relaxed flatmate and I like to keep the flat clean and tidy (but not freakishly so!).
