SHORT TERM 3 MONTH LET

We are 2 Girls and 2 guys looking for 1 more person to move in as part of a social and friendly house hold.

Everybody in the house is in the big kitchen after work chatting about how their day was. We also like to lounge on the Sofas and watch junk TV such as 'Love Island'.

On the weekends there is always someone to have a beer with or something going on and although the week days are normally tame the weekends are normally a good laugh around the house.

We go for a meal or a takeaway every now and then and all happy to get drunk together.

Likes include: Dip + Flip (Burgers), Festivals, Holidays and travel, Moaning about work, Getting each other excited for the weekend, beers, cocktails, and drinks in general.

About Landlord: I am a 23 year old professional, (architectural surveyor) that currently lets out 3 rooms to likeminded people.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a friendly likeminded guy who doesn't mind mucking in on weekends but would also be up for a chilled weeknight chin wag and abit of TV after work.

Ideally you would have a few friends in London but happy to go for a beer after a long day/week.

Someone who is tidy and pulls their weight when it comes to tidying up, emptying the bins, Dishwasher etc.

We would prefer someone who has moved out of their parents house before and knows how to take care of themselves and the space around them.

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:

We would be keen to steer clear of people who are locked in their room,

People who don't like a beer or chat after work.
