Hi all, the time has come for my flat mate to return to Australia so I am looking for a new roomie to take over her room in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat. Cosy double room available in Wanstead from 1st of March 2021. The whole flat is furnished and very homely. Would be suited to someone who enjoys living spaces with lots of greenery.

East London in the heart of leafy Wanstead. The Sunday Times named Wanstead as one of the top 10 places to live in London, for its community spirit, green spaces, transport links, bars, cafés and restaurants. Very well connected to central London. Just a 4 minute walk to central line tube station Snaresbrook or 7 mins to Wanstead Station. Located in a dream location, just on the doorstep you have all your essential amenities.. coffee shops, pubs, artisan bakeries, restaurants, salons, supermarkets, green grocer, pharmacies, post office and you are surrounded by greenery, so many parks and Epping Forest walking tracks and just a 8min tube journey to Westfield Stratford for everything else.

I am from Australia and have been living in London for 2 years. I am not only looking for a flat mate but also a friend as I spend a lot of time at home. I am very tidy, work from home, vegetarian and love travelling and to go for walks in the beautiful parks located in the area. I also love to go for brunches. I am looking for someone respectful who enjoys time to them self as well as someone I can binge watch a series with or put on a face mask with!
