The HOUSE
I took 2020 to upgrade my 3 bed house. it's larger than the average house around here. New kitchen, upstairs bathroom, all rooms painted, new flooring/carpets etc. new boiler. New windows throughout. Now looking for a new housemate to make use of it. I am frequently away at least every other weekend to see my children so you will have the house to yourself a lot. It's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is secure as there is no access to the back except through the house.

YOUR ROOM

Your room has a Double ottoman bed with storage underneath, large wardrobe unit with drawers and mirror, desk and chair, bedside table. There's a loft to store your extra things in too.

ME:
I am a pretty easy going and sociable actor/musician/writer. I'm an aspiring vegan but don't mind if you aren't. I try to be eco and not wasteful.

AREA:
Forest Gate is on the way up and there are lots of young people moving here now as well as established families. The area is safe with plenty of people who have been living here 20+ years - rare for London.
The "lanes" area is buzzing plus the Wanstead flats are around the corner for huge expanses of nature.

Outside, the railway arches of Winchelsea Road are home to an ever-increasing range of superb wining and dining spots. Local pub The Holly Tree is at the end of the street and the £2m refurbished Rookwood village opened in September 2020. Forest Gate station is just ten minutes walk, and newly opened Crossrail will whisk you to Tottenham court road in 17 minutes. Wanstead Park overground will take you to the Victoria line in 8 minutes.
