The flat is superb and the location is amazing, very convenient if you work in the city and would rather walk/bike to work like myself. I looked for something like this for 3 months and wouldn't leave it if I didn't have to.

You would share with only one person - female 27 yo, professional. Also the landlords will require you to pass a referencing process.

I like going out and discovering new places and meet people. So to my new flatmate, I’m definitely in if you wanna hang out, watching Netflix or having dinner together. Also I used to live by myself before moving in London in March 2019 so like to have a own space sometimes. 

I’m not the kind of person who put strict rules in the house but communications is key for me and it’s important to discuss everything about the house together (cleaning, decoration, people visiting etc.) as it will be both our home"
