Double room with own bathroom in Wapping

Hi,

My name is Lena and I live in beautiful Wapping. Sadly, my lovely housemate has decided to invest in her own property, thus I am searching for a new flatmate.

I live in a 2 bed/2 bath flat with a spacious kitchen, living room, balcony, a small storage room and even a garage which is currently just used for storage. I am looking for someone to take over a nice Double room which features a queensize bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. With the room also comes a bathroom that would only be used by my new flatmate (the other bedroom also has its own bathroom).

Wapping is a lovely area with pubs, cafes and restaurants. Within 5 minutes walk you are at St. Katharine’s Docks ( a hidden gem), 20 minutes walk to Spitalfields or Bricklane and within 30 minutes walk you are at London Bridge or - if you walk East — Canary Wharf. The transport links are excellent. Aldgate, Aldgate East, Shadwell, Tower Hill and Wapping are all within 10 minutes walking distance. So it’s super convenient to live here (central location, but quiet at the same time).

The monthly cost is 820 Pounds plus bills (we currently pay around 150 Pounds each a months which also includes a bi-weekly cleaner). The flat is managed by an agency, so if we renew the contract some fees might apply.

About me: I’m 35 years old, work in marketing for an e-Commerce business and enjoy meeting friends, good food, music (dancehall) and especially traveling.

I am looking for a likeminded professional who likes to socialize and is up for an occasional glass of wine. But is also respective of each other's space.

The move in date is flexible with latest date possible being January 12th, 2021.
