I'm renting out a cozy 12 sqm double bedroom with a private bathroom in a spacious three-bedroom flat—shared just with me. If you’re looking for a calm, comfortable place to live with a friendly, easy-going flatmate, this could be the perfect home for you.

The flat is fully equipped with premium Smeg appliances, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a tumble dryer that gets your clothes dry in under two hours. You'll also have access to a parking space—ideal for yourself or visiting guests.

You’ll have furnishing options too: while not shown in the photos, I’ve got several choices for clothing storage, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. If you work from home or study, I can provide a desk and chair—just let me know what you need.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and happy to share a relaxed, low-key atmosphere. The flat is just 100 meters from the river in Wapping, a charming, historic area known for its canals and docks—perfect if you love peaceful strolls or riverside runs.

Transport connections are excellent:

- Shadwell (Overground/DLR), Limehouse (DLR), and Wapping (Overground) stations are all a 6–8 minute walk.

- It’s a 25-minute walk to Tower Bridge, or a 10-minute bike ride.

- You can get to the City in just 15 minutes via Santander bike.

- Canary Wharf is only 30 minutes on foot.

Now, the fun part: I live here with a friendly cat—so bonus points if you’re a cat lover! (If you're allergic, sadly this may not be the right fit.)

A bit about me: I’m 37, work in IT, and love traveling, theatre, learning languages, and staying active. I’m currently learning French (if you speak it, great!). On weekends, I’m often out with friends, working remotely, or on short trips—so you’ll sometimes have the flat to yourself.

We also have Hyperoptic 1Gb/s broadband—perfect for working from home or streaming.
