Fantastic room to rent in Wapping

Just a few minutes walk from Wapping Overground station (10 mins), St. Katherine's Docks (10 mins), Tower Bridge, Aldgate, and Shadwell (15 mins), is this amazing 2-beds 2-baths flat. Location is optimal if you work in the City, and lots of transport links are available: direct bus to St. Pauls, Wapping overground, Tower Hill underground, Aldgate underground, Shadwell DLR, everything within a few minutes walking distance. Nearby facilities include a big Waitrose, two local Sainsbury's, a Fitness First and other gyms, local bars and restaurants.

My current flatmate is leaving, so her room becomes available for the next six months (after that, the contract can be renewed).

The room comes furnished, and each of us has their own bathroom. Living room is shared, from where you can access the private garden (amazing for relaxing when the sun is out). Communal garden is also accessible.
The property comes with a parking space, and considering I don't own a car, it can be used by you, if needed.

Bills are not included, and amount to approx. £200 each per month in winter months (Internet, Gas, Electricity, Water, Council tax (currently band E)), a bit less in summer months.

About me: I am a professional working from home for a tech company, and I volunteer at a charity shop at the weekend. I am also a bodypump instructor, so I hit the gym pretty often during the week.
